Miriam Hacksaw cuts her own percussion bones from the butcher shop. She plays them alongside a foot-pumped Indian drone box, a fiddle, a banjo. Hacksaw shares songs her elders taught her in Malayalam; old-time tunes gathered from traditional musicians of India.

Board Chair Adelaide Leavens recently accepted the Fort Worth Beautiful Award from the Fort Worth Garden Club on behalf of Keith House. This award is given annually to an organization or business that has made an outstanding contribution to the Fort Worth community through quality landscaping of its site and grounds.
