I don’t really think we should have to do this but I’ve had several people trying to negotiate down our prices after they’ve already received an estimate based on a promotional rate. Our prices are firm.

Our booth weighs 100lbs so it will take at least two people to work the event, sometimes three depending on the size of the event. Worker’s get paid fairly, not minimum wage.

We definitely appreciate the inquiries but anything that has previously been quoted for any of our services is firm. Our quotes are on an event by event basis, meaning your price is based on the needs of your event.

I think the price of the 360 rental is an automatic turn off for a lot of people.

I just want to offer a different perspective.

There is a great amount of work that goes into preparing for an event and working an event.

Many people I’ve talked to don’t really understand how it works which is totally understandable so let me explain.

When you rent a 360 booth you are not just renting equipment. You are hiring us for a full service that includes graphic design, videography, audio visual equipment set up and operation. Our booth weighs 100lbs in its case so there’s heavy manual labor involved. You are hiring us to be able to keep your guests engaged and keep the use of the booth orderly. You are trusting us with capturing the memories from your most important life events. I’m sure you appreciate professionalism which also comes at a cost.

We own the booth yes but there’s cost involved in transporting, insurance, software, advertisement and in some cases storage because they can be quite large and there’s so much other equipment that’s associated with it.

I’m not saying this to get you to book with us though that would be nice 😊 I’m saying this because I’ve seen many people ask or complain about the cost and while it’s understandable there’s a good reason for what seems to be exorbitant.

*Event must be at least 30 days out from your booking date and within a 30 mile radius of Fort Worth, TX. We will still serve you outside of this area up to 60 miles with fuel surcharge added.
