Huntington's Disease is classified as a rare disease because there are fewer then 200,000 cases. It is caused by a defective gene, that has a longer repeating sequence then the average person.

I'm excited! Over 1,000 views and growing on this post. Here's why I'm excited, not because my page is getting a lot of attention, but it's because I'm hoping to shine a light on Huntingtons disease. It's something I wasnt well aware of before I started this project.
There is no cure, and this family has been hit hard by it. It's rare and it's hereditary. As I keep sharing more of these photos, I'm hoping to help you learn about it right along with me.
