It’s time for Kelly’s introduction! Kelly came to us at a time when I desperately needed help. Due to a health issue, a last minute staffing change left me short-handed and looking for quality help in the middle of a busy wedding season. Kelly turned out to be an amazing fit for our team. She learned design skills quickly, always has a positive attitude, and works efficiently and professionally. My favorite story of Kelly is when she arrived onsite to do an arch design several years ago, but wasn’t provided with an arch structure! She ended up attaching the florals to a rafter in the barn venue, which turned out quite well! Everyone on our team loves Kelly and I know she will have a smile on her face whenever I see her.

She created this lovely arch design at the Paddock yesterday and managed the delivery with grace, as always. Thanks for being a part of our team for the last 8 years Kelly!

I’d like to tell you a little bit about Sara! We met almost 20 years ago when she was an event coordinator at a local historic venue. We had a good working relationship and after she moved on, we stayed in touch with the occasional lunch date. After a bit of time, I asked if she might ever be interested in helping with weddings. She’s been working for us for about six years now, and is such an incredible asset to our team! Sara has the most positive energetic attitude you could imagine, is fantastic with our clients, and has a lovely design intuition. She takes days off from her “regular” job to help us with extra busy design days. It is wonderful having her on staff and she created this beautiful cross design at the Paddock last weekend. Thanks for being a friend and fantastic employee Sara!

How gorgeous is this flat lay design by Ana Pierson Photography?! We are happy to provide florals + greenery for these artful photos, but keep a few things in mind:
✨1. Please order these stems with the rest of your floral needs (at least 1 month before the event). We don’t always have “extras” and specifically account for these items when we are placing our floral orders with our suppliers to make sure we have enough product to make this happen!
✨2. We may charge a nominal fee for these stems. For larger orders ($5k and up) we can typically provide them as a complimentary gift, but we must purchase these stems to be able to secure them from our suppliers, so keep a small budget in mind for this need. We will also spend time cleaning, prepping, conditioning, and packaging flat lay flowers, so there is labor to be accounted for.
✨3. Be prepared to pick up these blooms from us if they are needed by your photographer before the rest of your floral order is scheduled to arrive onsite. We carefully plan your floral delivery to ensure your florals stay fresh and looking their best through the ceremony and reception, so if your photographer is doing detail shots very early in the day, we don’t want to deliver all of your florals early and risk premature wilting for the sake of a few stems needed for flat lay photos. We are happy to prepare these stems for pick up from us (in Fort Wayne) based on your scheduling needs on the day of the wedding! 🥂

Hello! It’s been a minute since I’ve introduced myself, but I am Trista Rose of Rose’s Bouquets! Rose is my middle name, and I am so grateful that my parents gifted me with such a perfect name for owning a floral business. I was named after my paternal grandmother Lou Rose, who lived a long life of 94 years, but is sadly no longer with us. I’ve had the pleasure of creating beautiful floral designs for 20 years (along with my amazing team of helpers) and the 2024 wedding season is looking to be another incredible year!

Also, I can’t wait for the grass to be the green again. 😂 🌿

Such a beautiful day for Allison and Christopher! They were our $1000 floral giveaway winners and we could not be happier for them! Nanette gets credit for the amazing arch she created for them, and it was such a special day!

We were so excited to work at the Paddock last weekend for Demi and Blade’s special day! You may have seen our arch design reel in their ceremony space, and this is their reception space! It is a very well designed and executed venue and we are looking forward to future events there! Special thanks to Megan and Madison, fantastic @day1wc coordinators for their assistance with this set up. These classy gals worked very hard to make sure every detail was perfect! And thanks to my helper Jennifer for her many talents and professionalism during this set up! The Paddock provided the glassware for the designs in this post, and we added the lovely florals and greenery!

We always love working at the historic Embassy Theatre! It was a gorgeous set up that complimented the Embassy decor perfectly. This highlight reel features our gold square stands that can be used for centerpieces or ceremony designs (the ceremony designs by the staircase in this video will be repurposed as guest table centerpieces 🙌). We also provided black candelabras with hanging rhinestones that compliment the Embassy decorative lighting perfectly! 🌟 And the cute gold geometric vases on the banquet tables are our rental items as well. We can’t wait for the pro photographer photos so we can show off the bridal bouquet which was AAAAMAZING! Thanks to @kristennorris929 for the assist in designing and Carol for the set up help! Tyrese will be managing tear down at the end of the night.
