KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
A willingness to work hard and learn numerous tasks in a variety of situations at various locations
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must be able to work up to 10 hours on their feet and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to move various types of equipment

COMPENSATION:
Hourly rate is negotiable
Benefits include 401k, HRA & Paid Time Off (full-time employees only)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Follows standard recipes to mix ingredients, such as liquor, juices, mixers, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
•Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
•Collects money for drinks served.
•Sets up bar for events, including those for events off-site.
•Tears down bar after event is concluded.
•May be required to assist with serving food for event.
•Completes inventory and restocks bar after each event including marrying liquor, putting back in proper place.
•Cleans bar area.
•Returns liquor to liquor room at the conclusion of off-premise events.
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
•Possesses a current Indiana State Bartender’s License or is legally eligible to apply for and receive an Indiana State Bartender’s Licenses. Keeps license current.
•Must be able to pass Bartender’s Assessment.
•Be able to recognize when guests have been over-served.
