Queen of Sheba Catering began in 2014 as the first and only Ethiopian Catering company in Fort Wayne! Queen of Sheba Ethiopian Cuisine launched in 2014. Our establishment, Queen of Sheba Ethiopian Food is the first Ethiopian caterer in Fort Wayne and the only Ethiopian food in Fort Wayne. Longtime friends Saba Marcos and Illiase Bayan both come from Ethiopia and bring a very diverse & professional background with wonderful experiences in Fort Wayne.
