Hi there! It’s been a while. I had to take a small hiatus due to the fact that we were remodeling our kitchen, to which my charcuterie board work space was non-existent. Butttt I’m back with a little treat for you…

Looking for a last minute app idea for your Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving? Here’s one of my favorites and it’s sooooo easy. Here’s what you’ll need:

-Depending on how many people you’ll be in the company of, I normally grab 3-4 boxes of philo cups (can be found in the freezer section of your grocery). Can’t find philo cups? Use crescent rolls just wrap ingredients inside.
-1 to 2 brie cheese wheels
-1 jar of red pepper jelly and 1 jar of blackberry jam
-shaved almonds
-Carmel *optional

To do:
-preheat oven to 350 degrees
-line baking sheet with foil
-spread philo cups on baking sheet
-cut brie cheese wheels into cubes, place two small cubes in each philo cup
-top half of philo cups with Brie cheese in them with half a spoon full of red pepper jelly and the other half with blackberry jam,
-place a few shaved almonds on top of all philo cups
-optional-put Carmel drizzle on blackberry jam ones
-bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
-Enjoy!

Hello there! Thanks for liking my new page. I have been running solely off of Instagram up until now but decided it was well past due to become “Facebook official”.

Here’s a little bit about Knights Boards & Bites:
This is a small business run by me, Katie Knight. I got my start from my love of entertaining and since I’m not the best cook I thought how can I provide something that will appeal to everyone that doesn’t involve me cooking? Low and behold the Charcuterie board. Well I never go the simple route in anything in life so I kept adding more flair, more cheese, more meat, and more sweets! My in-laws suggested last Halloween that I should create boards for people such as yourself and sell them! Here I am almost a year later and I’m BUSY and it’s so so fun to come up with themes and ideas and discovering new foods. The best part: meeting new people that have ordered my boards through word of mouth and seeing people from my past that I haven’t seen in forever that have come out to support me.
