With all the rain we’ve had lately, we just wanted to remind everyone of our weather policy 🌧️☀️☃️
Arkansas Dart Warz Weather Policy:
During Spring and Summer months, if there’s more than a 60% chance of rain or severe weather and your party is scheduled to be outside, we will have to reschedule. If at any point during your outside party, it starts lightening, we will stop the party.
If the heat index is more than 100 for the day, we will have reschedule your party.
During Fall and Winter months, is the temperature is below 40 degrees and your party is outside, will we have to reschedule.
If there’s a possibility of ice or snow regardless of where your party is located, we will have to reschedule your party.
While we know it’s not ideal to reschedule a party or event, this is for the safety of you and your group along with our family.
If we do reschedule your party, we will do our best to accommodate your request and try to reschedule at the earliest date possible.
We love to party with you but along with making your party a blast, our main concern is YOUR safety first! We appreciate your understanding. 🫶🏻
