What a night in the Collection Room 🎉

Digs FS hosted a Meet the Chefs in our Collection Room Monday night — the kickoff to Chefs for a Cause, a new dinner series spotlighting local culinary talent for a great cause each month.

The event raised $8,280.30 for Fort Smith Public Schools 💛 Huge congrats to the Digs team for bringing this vision to life, and thank you to everyone who came out to support it.

$100/ticket, $50 of which goes straight to that month's charity. Menus and beneficiaries drop three weeks before each dinner!

A Fond Farewell to Jose 🥹🎉

One year ago, on July 16, 2025, Jose Ramirez joined The Bakery District— and what a year it's been!

From day one, Jose brought his hard work, passion, and heart to everything he touched at the bakery. He became a familiar, friendly face to our regulars and a true part of what makes Fire Latino’s Cuisine a wonderful addition to our community.

Now, Jose is ready to take some well-deserved time off to rest and recharge. Thank you for everything, Jose. You'll be missed around here, but we know this is just the start of your next chapter

Last month, we were honored to be part of Digs FS does WEDDINGS' First Annual Wedding Showcase! 💍 Guests got to see our Collection Room (perfect for weddings) and Cooler Room (perfect for bridal showers), alongside so many incredible vendors showing off everything they bring to a couple's big day. Things really do have a way of working out when the right people come together in the right place.

One year ago on August 1st, Digs FS walked through our doors—and they didn't just open a restaurant, they built a home!

From Yoga & Mimosas to Pearls & Prosecco, karaoke nights to patio pancakes, Destiney and her team have poured so much heart ❤️ into this building and into Downtown Fort Smith. They are the definition of community! women-owned 💪, always welcoming, always showing up for their neighbors and for us.

Thank you for a year of good food, good music, and even better company. Here's to many more, Digs. Happy 1st birthday!

Throwback to a night downtown Fort Smith won't forget! 🏆 One year ago today, we celebrated our own NBA champions, Jaylin Williams and Isaiah Joe, from The Bakery District all the way to the parade on Garrison.

Thank you to the City of Fort Smith, Arkansas & The RiverBoy Foundation for hosting it all, to Jaylin and Isaiah for coming home to celebrate with us, to Rachel and Lachelle for coordinating every detail at the bakery, and to Plusgrand Media for capturing the vibes.
