Tomorrow, I'll be hanging out at the Third Street Fair from 10 AM to 4 PM.

In what can only be described as a series of increasingly questionable decisions, I am currently smoking a five-pound bologna chub and turning it into burnt ends.

I'll also have Society Reserve Cherries, good conversation, and whatever other nonsense finds its way onto Third Street.

Come hang out. Ask questions. Talk food, catering, private dinners, classes, future projects, or local gossip. I'm flexible.

Another Sunday upstairs.

Somewhere between the peanut butter fat-washed bourbon, Spoon cherries, banana foster syrup, and a barbecue sauce carrying mango and Johnny Walker Gold like a concealed weapon, the room finally settled into itself.

That’s been the fun part watching this thing grow. New faces keep showing up. Regulars keep coming back.
