Join Liz Abbott on Thursday, September 24 from 5–7:30 PM for a fun introduction to the game surrounded by exceptional masterworks. Whether you’re Mahj-curious, just learning, or simply love the game and want to join the fun, this is an evening you won’t want to miss!

❤️ Even better, the evening benefits Eva’s Closet, a Fort Myers nonprofit providing clothing, shoes, food, toiletries, baby supplies and household necessities to local individuals and families in need. A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit Eva’s Closet, along with a percentage of proceeds from art acquired during the event.

We’re so happy that we added the amazing Marc Collins to our group – – he hosted for the first time last night, and he is definitely the host with the most! Plus, he’s a terrific mahj player 🀄️

Marc commissioned a beautiful cake for Fran’s birthday — Fran was a close friend to renowned artist Robert Rauschenberg, so Kakao Pastry created a gorgeous and delicious cake based on Rauschenberg’s work.

It was a truly lovely and unforgettable evening filled with mahjong, merriment — and most importantly friendship 🥰 final question

Nearly 50 players—beginners and seasoned Mahj enthusiasts alike—joined us yesterday at Dillard’s for a morning filled with learning, laughter, friendly competition, shopping, sipping, noshing, and plenty of tile-tapping fun!

Congratulations to all our winners, our lucky raffle winner, and everyone who helped make this event such a tremendous success! 🤩

A special thank you to So Help Me Mahj instructor Liz Abbott, with assistance from Lisa Miller Muench Jennifer McWhinnie, and Stephanie Davis — and especially the team at Dillard’s for being such wonderful, generous hosts! ✨

One of our favorite places to play Mahj is at Lydia’s house because she always treats us to an amazing spread of yummy, healthy food!

And her spacious, beautiful living room is filled with the most natural light and tons of pretty plants!

We officially welcomed Marc Collins to our fold because men Mahj, too!

It was a perfectly delightful evening filled with lots and lots of laughter!
