Imagine you plan your entire wedding day and it rains! 😓

You instantly freak out because everything you planned was outside. The vendors are booked and paid, the timeline is complete, and the perfect vision is so close to becoming a reality.

But you cannot even begin to think of alternatives because you have so much going on as it is leading up to the date. Calling all vendors, altering the timeline, calling new vendors, and thinking of ways to make it work is just too much just hours away from your biggest day. Now what?

With our team of professionals we make sure you have a contingency plan in place should an unfortunate circumstance occur. And in Florida, it happens a lot!

We make sure you reserve your tent(s) the second we see rain in the forecast.
We think ahead because that’s our job. Umbrellas, tents, golf cart valet, towels, shoe covers, you name it, we think of it and make it happen.

Rain is something out of our control but we promise to make the best of it despite unwanted weather.

Taking stress away from you, coming to a resolution and making difficult rash decisions is something we pride ourselves on. After all, it’s what we are here for!

We don’t wish for rain on your special day. But should it rain, we hope you trust your team of vendors with everything in you to still have the best day ever.

I loved our team this day. We laughed and made the absolute best of it and the guests did too!

Love is in the details and this wedding was filled with LOVE. From beginning to the end and all in between were details of what told their story. This is what makes a wedding personal. Vanessa wanted to incorporate her love for foster animals so her table numbers were all of the dogs she and Chris have fostered. The napkin, the signage, the interactive games all symbolized who they were as a couple. It’s so sweet to see how different weddings can be when personality is included.

One of the many delicate touches from this intimate destination wedding. A sweet “Thank You” note from the newlyweds to all their guest as they took their seat. Instead of the traditional menu this is a nice way to thank their guest from traveling from all over the world.

I am so happy to share with you all the photos for our event in April. This one took the cake. This event was something special. Not only was this our first ever Mitzvah but it was a production in and of its own as you can see.

Meetings on meetings with our team. From lighting, to sound, to entertainment to food, to logistics. Just everything was so methodically planned to the T and a beat was not missed.

Hi Raquel here!

I wanted to introduce myself to all my new followers! I am a bit of a perfectionist with a side of spontaneity. Don’t ask me how my brain functions- there’s a bunch of things happening in there however it work well with the field I serve in. My love for Target and Starbucks is unhealthy and something fierce but I’m ok with that because “balance”. Mmkk IYKYK.

I love to create. I believe a visionary never stops creating. It’s flows out of you wherever you go and that’s why my life is a never ending adventure. Always going and rarely stopping. That is why I ask Jesus to take the wheel on the daily. 😜

Speaking of life. I have 3 kiddos a dog, and a hubby (who is the polar opposite of me). He’s the sounding board to all this madness who’s put up with this little 5’2” spicy Hispanic lady for more than half my life. He’s a keeper. Again, IYKYK.

This Mom has got her plate full but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love my life because each day is never the same. One day I can visit the zoo and the next day I can bring the zoo to you- a win win!

I believe life is a series of events and my job is to create the best memories for those who entrust me with these events, large or intimate. They all matter most which is why I love what I do. Planning and executing events are no joke but those who are created for this field know it’s such an opportune adrenaline rush that I honor. Truth be told, there is no such thing called balance in this field and that’s ok because those who love it don’t think much about balance in a field their passionate about. You just do it. It’s that simple.

I’ve been in this field for over 10 years and built my small business on my own almost 8 years ago with two little ones on each side. It’s brought me the best relationships and opportunities money cannot buy and I am forever grateful for where my passion has taken me over the years.

Anywho, I don’t want to keep going because it’s almost 10:30PM and I think it’s a good time to shower so this is the part where I tag my business and say hire me for all your event and design needs! I promise it to be more than you envision it to be.
