Some of you are probably celebrating the last day of school today as well, or maybe you’re wishing that it was open year round.🤔
Whatever the case may be, it’s going to be alright!👍🏾 😉

After careful consideration, I have decided to NOT promote the $4 Friday treats today.
Instead, I'd rather have a FREE Ice cream social for the Q-kids.🍨🍦
After seeing so many parents spend money on their children's graduation parties, I didn't want to add any financial strains on their pockets.

Therefore, on behalf of Empress Delectable Delites, I decided to reward the Q-kids last day of school with an assortment of Ice cream treats at the Quality Life Center of Southwest Florida, Inc.
After all, who doesn't like Ice cream? 😉 Shout out to all of my Q-Kids,
Q-Parents and the Q-Staff for their hard work and dedication during the 2025-2026 school year.
You guys ROCK!

On behalf of the Sickle Cell Association, I would like to invite you to attend their community monthly
Chat & Chew luncheon.
This is an opportunity to learn MORE about sickle cell/sickle cell trait and what new laws and initiatives are coming into effect beginning July 1st.
It's also an opportunity for you to engage and network with other attendees.

They are collaborating with Freedom Waters Foundation- a non-profit organization that provides free therapeutic boating trips for adults with disabilities.
This opportunity aims to provide emotional relief, build self-worth and foster connection through time on the water.
Since the majority of their clients served are adults, this will be an awesome opportunity for them to experience.

They continuously work effortlessly towards establishing connections with different organizations that are willing to collaborate with the Sickle Cell organization and bring a sense of joy and hope into the lives of their clients who have spent years of suffering from excruciating pain; even if it's just one day of pleasure.

So, for those of you who are interested and available to attend, please come out and join them as they continue to educate the SWFL community about this devastating disease that impacts millions of people worldwide.

Long story short, they ATE at the
Quality Life Center of Southwest Florida, Inc.! 🤗🤗🤗
As the younger generation would say, No Capping!!! They REALLY ATE!!!💯

For those of you who missed the $4 Friday treats, let me tell you something, it was AWESOME!🤩
Everything was AMAZING, but the crowd was REALLY impressed with the newest cookie flavor- the Dubai Chocolate Chip.🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾

Today, I’m reminded of the book of
Ecclesiastes 3: “A Time for Everything”

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time to tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance.

And just like Ecclesiastes, I am grateful to be in a season and the spirit of Joy, Love, Giving and Kindness.

I LOVE the time spent with the people at Quality Life Center of Southwest Florida, Inc. as they are all very SPECIAL to me.
They are my extended family.
That’s why I enjoy baking and doing the $4 Friday treats for them because it fulfills my purpose in memory of my Beloved son, Ja’Varis👼🏾💜💜💜
