cooking Seafood dishes is one of my favorites to do . One of my favorite dishes is lemon Panko crusted salmon or tilapia with a roasted Garlic and White wine Asiago Cream sauce.

Homemade Cake Bombs!! Peanut butter chocolate, S’mores , and Double Chocolate Espresso!

So EZ ! so irresistibly Delicious!

Ingredients-
1 box chocolate cake
1 container chocolate frosting
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Mini marshmallows
1/2 cup Reese’s Chips
1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 bags dark chocolate chips
1 bag espresso chocolate chips

bake as directed, (I always add 1 cup sour cream and a extra egg)

Cool it and split into 3 bowls

Divide cream cheese and frosting into 3 and add to each bowl, add marshmallows to one and PB chips to the other
Put on gloves or use spoon to mix until a dough like consistency.

Spray hands with cooking spray to prevent sticking and roll one inch balls

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until Ice cold

Melt chocolate as directed ( I use double boiler)
Add coconut oil to chocolate ( 1 tbsp) to help thin it some and give it a shine!

Dip cake balls one at a time and remove with fork and immediately put into cupcake cups or on wax paper,
For s’mores
Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
For others decorate as you would like.
I melted PB chips snd drizzled over the Peanut butter ones!

Immediately put into refrigerator to cool.

Store for up to five days in the fridge or Freeze to enjoy anytime !
