It was an incredible evening for an Art Walk. Businesses in Downtown Fort Morgan were covered in gorgeous quilts and the CACE Gallery featured the Colorado Japanese American Quilt display, spanning over 100 years of history. Colorado Governor Jared Polis recognized the 30-year anniversary of the Japanese American Women’s Project, and how fortunate are we to have it right here in our own hometown??!!! Local artists featured elaborate counted cross-stitch pieces, vibrant and wild wall hangings, as well as stunning handmade quilts. Hope you were able to attend. As for us, we topped off the evening at the Brewery with friends, pizza and a little refreshment! 🍕🍺🤩 shirley_anns
