Everyone is applauding everyone but our kids 😢These little heroes have stayed indoors more than they’ve ever known in their lives. Their whole worlds have literally been turned upside down. All these rules they’ve never known. A life they couldn’t have imagined. Adults talking about others becoming unwell, news reporting death after death. Our poor babies minds must be racing. Every day they get up and carry on despite all that’s going on and all they’ve done is paint pictures and put stuff in their windows for the “heroes” out in the world. So here’s to our little heroes, today, tomorrow, forever

Call for action :)

If anyone has been listening to the podcasts I have been sharing from Andy (no probs if you have not) I have been working on a plan to help our kids to reconnect and reintegrate back to school after this. For many of us, this means August.

Our kids mental health is paramount. At the moment we are all concerned with getting the paid work done, while adjusting to the new world.

With the "school" work missed, and lack of social interaction I fear our kids and teachers will be bombarded with work, without a healthy reconnection process.

Resulting in DIRE consequences.

Most adults are not coping, and we have decades on our babes.

If you want to share ideas and help develop this framework for submission to the school boards - PM me or leave a comment if you want to jump on board. 💖💖💖

Dear Friends,
We are officially closed due to the current situation.

We are working on a date, when the dust settles to accomplish two things:

For Open Play's and Gift Certificates:
I will be selecting a park in the coming weeks in Fort Mill (once the all clear has been given) to run an outdoor session of Tiaras and Tales. This will include: Games, Dance, Face Painting and a Tea Party.

For Birthday Parties:
If you would like, I can come to your home and offer a party session including: Games, Dance, Face Painting and a Tea Party. This can be a day and time in the future when the dust settles.

If you do not want this option, as I have discussed with some of you I am working on getting refunds to you.

My insurance will NOT cover peril, and the landlord has not answered my calls for reprieve. The SBA hasn't been unlocked for SC, and the job I was supposed to start last week did not start. The banks are not helping right now, well at least BOA can't help me.

I am hopeful this will all resolve quickly. In the meantime, please know I am doing everything I possible can to make this right.

I am humbled by the understanding you have shown me. WOW. You really have made me feel like a family member in a country where I do not have any.

It is not over until the silly old Fairy sings!

In a world that is rapidly turning to crap, with uneasy feelings, and humanity sometimes turning dark. Let's join together.

Even I had my brain explosion here, which I am not proud of. I generally feel like I have superhero strength when it comes to stress. But, I let my fear of isolation get the better of me. I am human after all, it appears.

Dear friends,

As we are all currently facing exceptional times, I wanted to share with you all how we at Tiaras and Tales are handling what is a very fluid situation.

As is the case with licensed Daycare facilities, we have had no notification that we need to close, and as such we are running all party bookings as scheduled (NO NEW BOOKINGS ARE BEING TAKEN). What this means if you already have a booking with us for the coming weeks, is simply that the party's will be proceeding as usual, with a number of special additional precautions in the interests of keeping everyone as safe and healthy as possible.

These Precautions are as follows:

1) Additional Cleaning and Disinfection routines are being taken daily and between all bookings, so please be patient prior to your booking as this does take a little longer than our already high standard of cleaning.

2) It would be appreciated if the parents of party guests would drop their children off for the duration of the party if at all possible. The parents of the birthday child are of course required to stay as per usual.

3) Where possible please avoid bringing Infants or those with underlying health issues to the party.

4) As is our standard practice, please do not bring Sick children to our studio. In addition this is being extended to include adults.

5) For 'Open Play' bookings, we are limiting the number of adults to one guardian per child.

Thank you all for your understanding, and we continue to endeavor to make all of your party dreams come true.
