If you know me, I’ve been looking forward to this weekend for a while now. The opportunity to celebrate my sis’s 50th came and went, but not without special moments throughout . Eric and Missy have said for months now that they did not want me to do a thing for Missy‘s party and that he would take care of it all because they know that I’m always DOING and they wanted me to enjoy. But needless to say I just had to do something special for my sis this weekend ; so I planned a little brunch for those of us who were able to spend over and stay at Little Harbor. Started off with a beautiful sunrise and some talk with Jesus time and then on to setting up for this beautiful little brunch to honor my Sis!!  Everyone enjoyed egg bites, chicken salad, croissants, potato salad, fresh fruit, my special fruit dip, mini banana nut and blueberry muffins  and strawberry butter.  The beverages included apple cider punch, (which looks like bubbly champagne), fruit punch, lemonade, and Capri Suns.  If you ever need something like this for your special occasion, let me know. It would be perfect for any sort of shower. Of course, we could always specialize it for your needs, such as a coffee bar and yogurt bar.
