Another happy couple got to check some things off their list today…
Dinnerware, cutlery, beverages, and FOOD !
 Enjoyed cooking up my favorite Parmesan crusted chicken, sliced beef , bacon ‘n cheddar potatoes, veggie trio, green beans, salad and bread.  Looking forward to helping them celebrate in just three months!!

If you know me, I’ve been looking forward to this weekend for a while now. The opportunity to celebrate my sis’s 50th came and went, but not without special moments throughout . Eric and Missy have said for months now that they did not want me to do a thing for Missy‘s party and that he would take care of it all because they know that I’m always DOING and they wanted me to enjoy. But needless to say I just had to do something special for my sis this weekend ; so I planned a little brunch for those of us who were able to spend over and stay at Little Harbor. Started off with a beautiful sunrise and some talk with Jesus time and then on to setting up for this beautiful little brunch to honor my Sis!!  Everyone enjoyed egg bites, chicken salad, croissants, potato salad, fresh fruit, my special fruit dip, mini banana nut and blueberry muffins  and strawberry butter.  The beverages included apple cider punch, (which looks like bubbly champagne), fruit punch, lemonade, and Capri Suns.  If you ever need something like this for your special occasion, let me know. It would be perfect for any sort of shower. Of course, we could always specialize it for your needs, such as a coffee bar and yogurt bar.

Did a lot of what I LOVE doing today… the men of Cornerstone Church did most of the work, while I helped them make it look pretty for our annual Women’s brunch, then got to help lead a beautiful group of ladies in worship . Enjoyed sharing that time with my beautiful daughter Kristen Elaine Villafranca and Cassie Dias and her mom Judy!! And after a small break headed to help my Fort Meade Woman’s Club friends host a lovely gathering for the Miss Fort Meade FL Pageant contestants . From the youngest to the oldest , this group of ladies have a lot to offer our community .  I got to fix up a nice little spread, including rotisserie style chicken salad on mini croissants with pasta salad, fruit salad, a variety of mini muffins, including blueberry cheesecake, chocolate chip, and banana nut with strawberry butter to top it off . The yummy strawberry cookies were provided by Megan from You Be Sweet Bakery.

Another happy family… It was my honor to help Andrea surprise Tony for his 65th.!!  Guests enjoyed veggies and my special spinach dip with crackers as they waited for the guest of honor to arrive. Dinner consisted of salad, mini croissants, and rolls ,Parmesan crusted chicken, bacon cheddar potatoes, green beans, wings with a variety of sauces to be tossed in and mac & cheese . Desserts were provided by Lucy Vaughn; and to say the least they did not disappoint!! A variety of mini Bundt cakes,  Red Velvet cake, and chocolate cake completed the meal . Thanks Kristen for always helping to make it all come together!!

So, I have the privilege of cooking for a retirement this Saturday!! The menu is pulled pork , pulled chicken, baked beans, mac & cheese, and homemade potato salad with Hawaiian rolls for sliders and buns for sandwiches.  I’m going to be cooking up extra food and taking orders to be picked up Saturday afternoon. I’ll do individual meals for $12 includes both meats and all 3 sides and your choice of bread. I also special ordered some aluminum pansto be able to do family size , each food item in its own pan . For example, if you need enough pulled pork for 4 to 6 people and just want to get some baked beans for 4 to 6 people or just want to get mac & cheese in a bulk amount;  I can pack each pan full of whatever items you would like to buy in bulk to feed your family.  Please let me know if this is something that you all would be interested in. I’ve already got a couple of people that I’ve spoken to, but thought I would put it out here on Facebook and see what kind of response I get.

Busy weekend; enjoyed serving up some of my favorites to the those who attended the class reunion for the years of 1970 through 76 with 70 celebrating their 50th reunion. There were almost 200 in attendance. I  and my staff served up sliced beef , Parmesan crusted, chicken, bacon cheddar potatoes, green beans, Hawaiian rolls and mini croissants with salad and tea. We also served the cakes brought by reunion members, Charlie and Beverly Graves from “ you be sweet bakery”

So thankful for the opportunity to share in another special occasion!! My classmate was able to enjoy her daughter’s engagement party with friends and family as our crew took care of dinner. ( wasn’t able to tag our extra hands helping tonight thank you to Beth and Milton ) Thanks Kimberly Cooper Bell for letting us help you celebrate and Congratulations to Katie and Jacob!!

So thankful to be part of Lacey and Connor’s special day!! A special thank you to Joe and April Bennett for entrusting me with the hors d’oeuvres and dinner reception . After the ceremony, guests enjoyed some of my yummy spinach dip nestled inside a bread bowl with a variety of crackers, chips and bread for dipping paired with sliced and cubed assorted cheeses with red and green grapes to go along with the Christmas decor. Lemonade and water tied them over until dinner could be served after pictures . Todd Wilkin cooked up shells sauté and bowtie pasta and we had meat sauce or Alfredo sauce to top it off; a variety of breads and salad completed the meal. Kristen Elaine Villafranca, Beth Wilkin. Ronald Green, and Breanna Doyle helped serve and bring it all together wonderfully

So thankful for the opportunity to share a grand milestone with the True family!! To help celebrate Mrs Jewel True’s 90th , the family let me take care of their dinner so they could focus on the occasion!! Thanks again Beth!!
