Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being invited to dinner by one of my favorite couples, Andi and Naide. As we enjoyed our meal, we took time to reflect on their wedding, the good, the bad, and even the surprises! It was a great reminder that you’re only as good as your last event.

What stood out most was realizing Andi and Naide are no longer just clients, they’ve become family. When you serve with genuine care and excellence, those relationships naturally deepen.

It’s so valuable to regroup after an event, not just for the praise, but to learn how you can improve and better advise vendors in the future. Honest feedback helps you grow and keeps you striving for excellence.

At the end of the day, it’s about being there when it matters and becoming someone they can truly trust. That’s how you go from being just a vendor to being their favorite.

Let’s talk about something super important…your wedding money box! 💎🤑

At Elite, we know how special your big day is, and we want to make sure every detail is handled with care, including your envelope box. That’s why we have a system in place to keep your gifts safe and your mind at ease:

1️⃣ We ask our clients to assign a trusted person to receive the money box at the end of the night, so you and your partner can enjoy every moment without any stress.

2️⃣ Together with your designated person, we carefully count each envelope as it goes into the box. The next morning, you’ll receive a detailed record of exactly what was handed over, so there’s no confusion or surprises!

Why are we so passionate about this? Because we’ve seen firsthand what can happen when things aren’t monitored. Years ago, at a wedding we filmed for a TV show, the envelope box disappeared. It was a tough lesson, but it inspired us to create a process that keeps your gifts safe, always.

💡My challenge to all planners, couples and clients: No matter who you work with, make sure you have a secure system for your envelope box. Protect your memories and your gifts!
