Today I am in Ketchikan, Alaska onboard Seabourn Encore and luckily our ship was docked with the Celebrity Edge and my dear friend Brent Nixon.

If you've sailed Celebrity, especially the Alaska itinerary you know this man.

Legend.

An amazing day catching up. Only thing that could make it better was is if Mary Amanda Fairchild was here.

Two legends... and memories that stretch to the corners of the planet.

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾 I really miss my little pumpkin today, wishing we could celebrate together. But, the countdown is on – only 5 sleeps!!!

These are my final 3 hours in Iceland. 🇮🇸⚓️

Today we wave goodbye to Akureyri—our final Icelandic port of call tucked at the very top of the country's longest fjord—and begin our two-day crossing at sea over to Greenland.

It’s definitely a mixed bag of emotions.

Visiting a place like this is a rare privilege, and you never really know if or when you'll be lucky enough to sail back. What makes this final leg of the journey extra special is having great friends on board Jason Blanchard, Michelle Dowdy, and Jordan Wolfe!

There's no better way to end the trip than to give you a quick hyperlapse tour on the e-scooter.

Today we set sail from one of my favourite ports in Iceland for the last time. This quaint little town of 700 people is called Seydisfjordur.

Part of the excitement these past two months in Iceland has been learning to pronounce new words... and still failing.

(HINT: There's a special power in rolling the r's that I don't think I'll ever master.)

This might NOT interest you--- but exploring these new destinations inspired me to create videos with helpful insights and a fascinating historical tidbit or two-- a video I wish I'd known before visiting.

This first video brings you right downtown to the main street of Seydisfjordur and the rainbow path that made it famous and started the trend across most of the cities and towns in Iceland.

Today was absolutely spectacular. We started with unbelievable fog and clouds. The Captain and bridge team here on Celebrity Cruises Silhouette navigated us to clearer skies for the solar eclipse in Iceland.
