Pure Prana Chef Services takes holiday parties seriously when it comes to flavor combination, food/decor presentation, and outstanding service! Check out our shrimp and tofu spring rolls from the Chinese New Year event we did last month. We made sure to use 's local citrus begonias and dehydrated finger limes to really make this dish POP!

It is incredible what some Harpke Family Farm local finger limes and a little Egyptian Star Flowers can do to a bowl of my delicious guacamole! Pure Prana Chef Services has been a loyal customer since 2016 and will always represent! Whether it is a fine dining plated meal or a beach side family style experience like this. The culinary ex*****on and every product that our chefs or bartenders use, will be ON POINT....every...single...time!

As a yacht and estate chef, a fruit plate can be a form of meditation. We create one every single morning to accompany our daily breakfast buffets. I personally find peace and creative flow in these sweet moments for the following reasons:

-No two fruit plates are ever the same.
-No other crew members or guests are usually awake yet.
-I am usually listening to beautiful music since it is just me up.

Playing with food always drops me into the present moment. I am so grateful for this craft!

MAUI NEEDS OUR HELP! As many of you know, Chef Andrea and I have a passion for disaster relief work. Personally, as a woman who was blessed to be born in the Hawaiian islands, I am feeling an undeniable call to get on site in Maui and feed the people. Over 100 people have been declared dead and thousands are missing. The first responders are working day and night in some of the most grueling circumstances. Chef Andrea and I have cleared out our schedules for 9 days and are heading over to work as many hours as we need to. Not only are we trained to prepare delicious and nutritious foods in high volumes but Andrea is also a trained EMT. We often go into the most highly impacted areas and personally distribute food, love, and healthcare support.

Princes for flights and accommodation are at an all time high due to temporary inflation since there are limited resources from the destruction. Over 100 people have been declared dead and thousands are missing. The first responders are working day and night with some of the most grueling circumstances. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We already have everything lined up and will be doing this regardless of if we reach our modest fundraising goal but as small business owners (during the slow season in summer), we decided to connect with our incredible community and see if we can find any support so we can support others.

Even if it is $5, it will go straight to saving lives and spreading LOVE.
