As part of this mission, weโve launched The 2521 FD Community Fund, a 506(c) investment fund open to accredited investors. This fund allows qualified investors to own a share of Fort Dodgeโs most promising real estate projects, without the responsibilities of property management or day-to-day operations.
Projects like The Carver Building and The Candies & More Building on Central Avenue mark just the beginning of something bigger, a movement to bring life, energy, and opportunity back to the heart of our city.
While this initial fund is limited to accredited investors (as defined by the SEC*), 2521 Investments LLC is actively exploring additional investment opportunities designed to be accessible to all investors in the near future.
