Congratulations graduates!

We celebrated the graduation of the 2025–2026 class of Leadership Fort Collins last week at The Agave Room above the Rio!

An incredible evening recognizing the 43rd LFC graduating class of 33 community and business leaders committed to making a difference in Fort Collins. We were inspired by a powerful keynote from CSU Volleyball Coach Emily Kohan and proud to celebrate the impact of 5 class projects supporting our community.

Throughout the program year, we work with 40 steering committee members to help guide and support the class journey. Our PSC team was honored to help bring the celebration together with venue coordination, flowers, slides, nametags, graduation gifts, and more.

The evening was especially meaningful as we reflected on our own Leadership Fort Collins experiences, with 5 PSC team members are LFC alumni! Amanda and Rochelle are celebrating their 20th anniversary year as members of the LFC Class of 2005–2006.

There’s something awesome about planning an event called Unstoppable during a Colorado spring weather week.

Seeing attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and partners show up anyway with energy and enthusiasm, this event reminded us that community always rises above the conditions!

Behind the scenes, it took countless moving pieces, problem solving, and teamwork to bring together:
• 4 dynamic tracks
• 30 incredible speakers
• 1 inspiring keynote speaker
• 15 exhibitor resource booths
• Countless moments of learning, networking, and community

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Unstoppable Business Conference live up to its name. And for setting a record number of balloons involved in an event!🎈

Congrats Nikki! We have always known that you were a changemaker!

“Participating in NoCo Changemakers was both energizing and grounding. It was incredibly fulfilling to collaborate with people who care deeply about Northern Colorado and to be part of a collective grantmaking experience centered on connection, curiosity, and community impact. I’m leaving the program with new relationships, a broader perspective, and an even deeper commitment to staying engaged in meaningful community work. The experience reinforced for me that meaningful change happens through listening, relationship-building, and showing up together with a willingness to learn.”

We were incredibly fortunate to host the November All Partner Meeting with the NOCO Construction Sector Partnership inside the brand-new Northern Colorado Regional Airport terminal - and even more exciting, we were the first and only public group to meet in the new building thus far!

The discussion explored how the construction industry can rethink hiring to meet workforce needs and expand opportunity, highlighting innovative approaches that connect untapped talent such as career changers, immigrants, refugees, and those who have overcome past barriers with meaningful careers in construction.

We also celebrated two outgoing board members who helped to build this partnership and contributed so much to its success! Thank you to Alicia Ready and Ted Johnson.

from across the state gathered for four incredible days of learning, connection, and discovery, celebrating professional growth while experiencing the culture and spirit of Pueblo.

From the inspiring Opening Keynote with Medal of Honor Recipient Major Drew Dix to the memorable Awards Dinner at the historic Pueblo Union Depot, the conference was filled with moments of reflection, recognition, and community. Attendees explored the city’s rich history and flavors with a Milberger Farms tour and the must-try famous Pueblo slopper, and capped off their experience with closing keynote Mike Cafasso, who delivered powerful insights on leadership and service.

Beyond the sessions, participants discovered all that Pueblo has to offer, from the Pueblo Riverwalk and evening riverboat rides to the Creative Corridor’s galleries, live music, and public art.

We were proud to be part of this year’s event, where learning, leadership, and community came together in one unforgettable experience.
