🔥 Big news from Lil’ Bitta Bull BBQ! 🔥

We started in 2016 as a food truck on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, in a small town with a smoker and a work ethic. No shortcuts. Just real wood, real smoke, and hard work.

Over the years, that little truck grew into multiple restaurants, all built the same way — earned, not given. Along the way, we’ve learned what it takes to serve barbecue the way it’s meant to be: smoky, tender, and full of flavor.

Two years ago, we bought a home in Romney, West Virginia, and immediately fell in love with this state. Now, we’re bringing the smoke — and everything we’ve built and learned — to Wild, Wonderful West Virginia.

We’re coming Spring/Summer 2026, and we can’t wait to meet the people of West Virginia, share our barbecue, and earn the same respect here that we’ve worked so hard to earn over the past 10 years.
