Pay to Go Deposit

Distinctive Travel Services looks forw
ard to planning a wonderful and memorable vacation for you! In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel vacation package/cruise booking a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your initial quote/consultation is complimentary. If you cancel your vacation then the deposit is retained by our office for any work that was performed. Vacation planning involves much time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs. I contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries according to your specific needs. Your final itinerary and documents will make your vacation go smoothly. If you choose to book your vacation with another agency or online, the Pay to Go Deposit will be retained by Distinctive Travel Services as payment for services rendered. All vacations arranged through Distinctive Travel Services offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation. Please note: All group booking contracts require 10 rooms. If your party fails to book the required minimum rooms, the contract is invalid. A group cannot drop below a minimum of 10 rooms and still be considered a group. In this case all booked guests will be placed on an individual booking status which would require a higher deposit amount due, and if there are any changes in the group specifications. Additions/reductions of people to the group, date changes, etc. may result in a change in the rate per person, and hence the overall price.
***Personal/Individual Vacation Booking fee is $25 - (maximum of 2 rate quotes/changes)
***Group Vacation Booking fee is $50 – (maximum of 2 rate quotes/changes)
***Weddings & Honeymoon Booking Consultation Fee – (maximum of 4 rate quotes/changes)
Planning for Group Travel is different than independent travel but still requires a Pay to Go Deposit. Please contact us to start your vacation planning process.
