This is a wonderful preventative measure and the benefits go on and on. It can be taken daily. You don’t need wait until you get sick to take it. 😊😊😊
I do a 1oz shot per day for adults and 1 teaspoon per day for kiddos. (I am not a medical professional .. this is just what I do in my home.)

Message me for pickup 😊

Pesto 💚

I used mostly Mammalo Basil & Lemon Basil

This is the recipe I went off of. I did this in 3 batches in the food processor. I didn’t measure exactly on each batch. It is absolutely delicious! I’m wishing I had fresh, crusty bread. 😋
11 cups of packed washed basil leaves
2.5 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
2.5 cups extra virgin olive oil
2 cups walnuts
4 garlic cloves (all I had 😢 would have used at least 10)
1 cup lemon juice
2.5 tsp salt
1.25 tsp black pepper

Added bonus .. the kitchen smells so fresh and herbaceous! 💚🌿🌱
