MM takes on Maddie’s Bachelorette 💋

It was an honor to plan Maddie’s bachelorette alongside her and her girls! Theme was: no theme, though she wanted a fiery color scheme 🔥 From decorations, surprises, games, gift & goodie bag prep, to invites, itineraries, and hilarious iron-on tank tops, Mini Moments can help service your Bachelorette / Girls Trips too! 🩷

Another weekend, another event!! ✨ So grateful to make magical memories with my clients! 🤍

This event was held to celebrate newly-weds & Phillip, who had an intimate wedding in Greece a month prior!

Black, white, and ivory 🤍🖤 a palette that will never go out of style!

Natalia is one of our 2026 Brides & her story is so fun! Natalia and Robert were legally married earlier this year & The Coles are planning a traditional wedding in Fall 2026! 🎉 Natalia (“Tali”) called me a few months ago letting me know they were wanting to plan an “engagement party” but didn’t know what to call it. Her reason behind this celebration was ultimately to get all of her loved ones/close family & friends, or future “wedding party”, in one room & give them the opportunity to get mingling before their wedding weekend, kick-off being less than 1 year away from their wedding date, do their groomsmen and bridesmaid proposals, and of course, be surrounded by all of their people to celebrate the amount of joy the next year+ will bring!

I loved this idea!!!! (I love ANY reason to celebrate.) but let me tell you.. From collaborating with the bride during the planning process (including several planning sessions where DIYs were accomplished), to their VILLAGE showing out to assist in set-up, prep & childcare help for their little girl, this event perfectly complemented Natalia & Robert’s love story.

This elegant celebration design focused on romantic minimalism: custom vinyl accents, satin fabrics, simple fresh florals, and timeless black bow details! A gorgeous event, filled with so much love!!
