What a beautiful Fall day for a class that swept us away to the French countryside! Chef Marc always makes us laugh and ooh and ahh! The flavors and the techniques are something we all loved learning today! Thanks for all of you that attended, and thanks again for teaching us today!

Last night was another glowing Fall night, perfect for celebrating love! We hosted another beautiful couple for their rehearsal dinner… “the night before”!

The requested color scheme was lilac and lemon yellow, fun to pull together! They selected the same menu we served earlier in the week…a Mexican themed menu.

Our farm dog, Bergie was the perfect companion, as usual :) He’s always a requested guest at every gathering, lol.

The Cottage welcomed our bride and groom, Jaime and Noah, for their rehearsal dinner on Wednesday evening.

The menu included Spicy Shrimp with Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce and 5 Layer Dip for appetizers. A “to order” Taco Bar with Beans and Rice was the main entree and for dessert we served warm Churros with House-made Caramel Sauce.

The couple wanted a jewel tone pallet which was perfect for the Fall light and the cozy evening.
