The stars of Cape Cod were shining brightly at the annual Heritage Museums & Gardens Gala! Embracing a theme is a given with this philanthropic and eclectic group of Cape Cod community members. We thoroughly enjoyed donating our design and event production efforts in collaboration with a curated team of vendors. This was our fifth season contributing to this hugely successful fundraiser for such a special place...⁠

Heritage is where I once walked the gardens with my grandmother, pushed my child up and down the hills in his stroller, ⁠rode the carousel again and again with my nieces, hosted a wedding ceremony for “the girl next door”, marvel at the Gardens Aglow in the winter, and now bring my granddaughters there to play. Heritage has provided a wonderful backdrop to the many wonderful chapters of my life spent in Sandwich. ⁠

Happy Mother's Day! After all the wedding decisions are made and seating is sorted, which often comes with some contention, it is in these moments - that last calm before our bride walks down the aisle - that we find life's true treasures! I am so blessed to witness these super sweet moments shared between my mothers of the brides and their daughters. Teary appreciation for the many families I have been part of over the years. Marguerite and Alex were dreaming of their Fall 2025 outdoor tented wedding at her family's home overlooking the bay, but an urgent medical situation prompted them to move up the wedding - almost a year early! Her family and our incredible vendor team rallied to deliver their outdoor tented wedding vision INSIDE the Oyster Harbors Club! It was pure magic to witness the newlyweds being toasted under the illuminated trees! We are beyond grateful for the collaboration that brought this night to fruition on such short notice, but even more grateful that Marguerite's strength and tenacity have brought her to the other side of far too many tough treatments and surgeries. Wishing them every happiness and continued health as their life together truly begins. ⁠
