I had the incredible opportunity to be part of an empowering group of women artists in New York that performed at Padma Yoga this year. All of them performed and guided the group with wisdom, love, and creativity. These women are Elana Bell, Bernadette Pleasant, Lainie Love Dalby, and Kate Glaser. They used sound meditation, vocal release work, creative writing, authentic movement, and intuitive art making to quiet the inner critic, open the creative channel, and step into our authentic expression.
