What does ownership really look like?
Dean and Shana plant and water the flowers, mulch the beds, mow the grass, move every table and chair, and show guests where to park.
They answer questions from vendors, respond to countless emails and calls, give tours, explain contracts, and meet with couples as they plan their day.
They vacuum the barn, clean the bathrooms, dust the lights, fix what needs fixing, calm nerves, and make sure every detail is just right before each event.
As our 10th wedding season comes to a close, it’s a moment to reflect on what this place has become — and what’s ahead. For 10 years, Dean and Shana have poured their time, heart, and skills into every wedding. If you talk to them, you’ll quickly realize they hold great honor in helping couples experience the best day of their lives in a barn that started as an idea 11 years ago.
This farm has been in our family since the 1940s, and Dean and Shana are proud to be its third-generation caretakers. It means so much to share this place with others and to see it filled with love, laughter, and new beginnings.
To all the couples who have trusted us with their weddings over the past 10 years — thank you. Your love stories are the reason this barn exists and thrives. ❤️
Here’s to another year of love, laughter, and memories at the barn.
