We’re still recovering from the Uwajimaya Wasabi Eating Contest at WasabiFest—and the fearless flavor warriors who took it on like champs. 😤🔥

🔥 Portland brought the HEAT at our first-ever ! Huge thanks to all the incredible vendors who made magic with wasabi. You voted, and the results are IN:

🥇 Flying Fish stole the show with seared albacore on a wasabi leaf—so fresh, so YUM.
🥈 Kate’s Ice Cream turned heads with their mango wasabi scoop (yes, really!).
