✨Born, Raised, and Resides in Forest City, PA.
✨Renovated the family dairy farm into a horse boarding facility in 2004
✨Successfully managed horse shows from 2008-2020
✨Transformed the horse stables into a wedding venue in 2019
What her roles are for all the events here at Birchtown:
🔹Wedding Coordinator: The couple’s advocate and go-to person the entire wedding event. Jessica oversees and provides full setup and removal of the event space. Creates and manages the timeline. Coordinates all vendors, rehearsal, bridal party, and guests. Confirms decorations, and builds a layout. Print and display guest seating charts and signage. Secures cards and gifts. Make sure the couples are fed, and hydrated. Fixes last-minute issues, provides photography and bride assistance, and makes sure everything runs seamlessly so the couple can just enjoy their celebration.
🔹Venue Manager: The venue’s representative. Jessica’s role includes ensuring the space is set up correctly, unlocks doors, managing staff, keeping track of catering, bar service, and enforcing venue rules and policies. She’s always “First one in, last one out.”
🔹Maitré d’: The head of the front-of-house service team. Jessica communicates directly with Karen(head of catering) and her team, guide the flow of dinner and formalities, keep communication between the kitchen and floor running smoothly, and help make sure guests are served efficiently.
🌟 Dedicated, hands on, and easy to work with. She steps in where you need support and keeps everything moving, without making it feel like more work. She works with couples who want support they can trust. She listens to their visions, understands what matters most, and knows how to bring it all together with calm, steady guidance. 🌟
