I am seeking a Sales Associate to join my team!

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world-class service to our valued consumers every day. From educating consumers about our formal wear, in-store promotions, and events to supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives, this role offers growth potential alongside the industry’s finest teammates and partners.

-Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment
-Present and sell formal wear
-Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
-Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
-Create sales material to present to customers
-Manage all social media platforms

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
