Please share our story and our COVID 19 special to family and friends to help us during this difficult time.
I wanted to share our COVID 19 story to our customers. We are a family owned business, with four children, and have been in business for 19 years. We have survived 9/11, and recessions along the way, each year managing to grow in size. To the many customers, schools, churches, etc. you can rest assured that we are going to still be in business when this is all over. We appreciate your support and love during this time. For the past six weeks, we have have been quarantined, just like you and have obeyed the orders that were mandated in our state, and not opened our business because we were not considered essential. However today, Governor Whitmer announced another extension of the stay at home mandate. Along with her announcement, she relaxed the laws concerning which businesses may open slowly. Of those, she said that retail businesses who in the past were not essential could open, as long as they used curbside pick up and delivery. Because of this statement, we are planning a soft opening.
This means that we will offer private backyard bounce houses and combos for your children that you have been quarantined with. We are not encouraging rentals for any groups of people. Since these are unusual circumstances, and funds are tight, we will be offering bounce houses delivered for $100 and combos for $150. This is over a 40% savings. We will drop off the equipment the day before your rental and pick it up the day after. We ask that you do not let anyone play on the equipment the day of pickup. When we deliver the bounce house, we will wear a mask/gloves and will practice social distancing for payment, setup, and pick up.
If you would like to pick up a unit, instead of having it delivered, we will set the unit out for you and you can load it in your truck, and bring it back a week later, for the same price. We are located in Flushing, Michigan.
Our cleaning procedures will be as follows. We promise to not deliver an inflatable that has been used within a seven day period. During that time, we will disinfect all equipment that was rented. Rentals will be subject to availability.
Delivery Area- Due to COVID 19, we will offer free delivery to Genesee, Saginaw, and Shiawasee counties. Other counties will be charged a $25 delivery fee.
This offer expires on May 15th.
