A small glimpse of how amazing & Secret Garden Wedding was on 4.10.21!!!!!

Posted • Georgia, Part One. Shirlynn & Cedric’s wedding had so many amazing moments that we’re splitting it into two glorious posts!
4/10/21 was the start of our wedding season, and it was forecasted to thunderstorm the whole day. Backup plans were ready to go, but the rain stopped right before the ceremony! And because of the rain, the greens in the garden were even more radiant, and the hazy light from sunset was beyond dreamy. Talk about a fairytale!!
Their celebration also incorporated a handful of Liberian traditions (more in the next post!) and highlighted the importance of family. Shirlynn’s EPIC wedding dress was handmade by her Auntie, a family member officiated, and during getting ready, family filled the room with pure joy. And even though it was our first time meeting these beautiful souls in-person, we were welcomed like family.
Thank you Shirlynn & Cedric for allowing to capture your authenticity and love. You two are 🔥🔥🔥!!
