We were in Port Aransas last night for one of our Favorite George West families. It was an engagement celebration for Kory & Brien. We had some pretty special appetizers that were requested by the soon to be groom. Mini cheese burger bites, mini chicken & waffles, mini corn dogs, and butter grilled picadillo stuffed tacos. Our main meal featured a shrimp & crab boil with all the fixings. Big Thanks to Tommy & Mable for always having us for your family’s special events. Congratulations to Kory & Brien!

When on the coast skip all the hassle of gathering the family up for nightly dinners and waiting for a table. Let us come to you and handle everything from start to finish. We wrapped up day 3 out in Port Aransas this morning. Today’s breakfast featured our version of Migas loaded with crispy tortilla strips, chorizo, andouille sausage, fresh pico de gallo, and cheese. We served it with our chorizo & cheese refried beans and ranchero potatoes. We would like to thank the Port Aransas EMS for having us once again to cater their annual conference. We are very thankful to all these first responders attending this conference for what they do.
Big Thanks to our Crew for always making it seem easy. We will see everyone next year.

We wrapped up day 2 of Education by the Sea today in Port A. We featured our build your own breakfast taco bar with chorizo & egg, bacon & egg, potatoes, and chorizo & cheese refried beans with flour tortillas. Lunch featured Roasted pork loin with our strawberry & jalapeno sauce, cheesy potatoes, and sweet soy green beans. Thankful for our crew they make feeding 250 people breakfast & lunch feel like a breeze.

We are in Port Aransas for a three day event at the annual Education by the Sea E.M.S. Training conference. Day 1 featured our ranch hand scramble, potatoes, and biscuits with sausage gravy and a yogurt bar for breakfast . Lunch featured our carnita style chicken taco bar with Spanish rice, and Mexican street corn.

We were in Port A on Friday at Cinnamon Shores for a special dinner. We featured roasted beef tenderloin, king crab, and boiled shrimp. We also had some freshly caught trout we blackened and sautéed. A Big Thank you to the Robert’s Family for having us out once again. Happy Mother’s Day!

We were at Cinnamon Shores in Port A for dinner last night. We had a great group of ladies and had a five course meal prepared for them. We started with a spinach & strawberry salad with feta. Second course featured our ribeye bruschetta & fig and prosciutto flatbread. Third course was a seafood duo with tuna poke and southwest style crab cake. Last course was carnita style chicken taco with our red onion & cilantro slaw and queso fresco on a blue corn tortilla. We finished the meal with our butter grilled pound cake and macerated fruit and whipped cream.

We were in Llano last weekend for a very special wedding weekend. Thank you to The Naismith Family for having us out for Claire & Kylan’s wedding weekend. We started Friday with the rehearsal dinner, Saturday with the wedding reception, and ended Sunday with Brunch. We featured everything from beef tenderloin to chicken & waffles. The venue was beautiful and the sunset and sunrises were memorable. Congratulations Claire & Kylan and thank you for allowing us to be apart of your special weekend.
