We were in Bandera to close out 2025 on one of our favorite ranches. We have been blessed to be apart of this annual event for many years. We started the evening with an assortment of charcuterie. For this special dinner we featured Caesar salad, smoked beef tenderloin with chimmichurri sauce, boursin mashed potatoes, and a medley of roasted carrots, asparagus, and sweet peppers. We are so blessed to be able to do what we do and truly love being able to share it with such great people. There are no words to describe how grateful we are for everyone we have been able to prepare meals for in 2025.
