ITS HERE! Christmas Eve! Today is BACK BARN BARBECUE DAY! The meats are looking beautiful! Still on the smoker doing their thing, but it shouldn’t be much longer before some start coming off to rest for a bit before the slicing and pulling begin! We are shooting for 1pm with pickup starting, and hoping to be done before 5p so those of you can make Christmas eve service at church. I will keep yall posted! If you call or text and we don’t respond right away, we are elbows deep in getting your orders prepped and ready! Good afternoon everyone! Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and yall know what that means!? TODAY IS PREP DAY at BACK BARN BARBECUE! Scottie is in the back as I type this, trimming and seasoning briskets, Boston Butts, and making his “special bbq sauce”. THIS evening starts a night of LOW AND SLOW! See everyone tomorrow afternoon! Back Barn Barbecue: Our Christmas ordering is filling up quickly (you guys and gals are amazing, THANK YOU)! If anyone would like to order BRISKET $25/ pound (whole briskets are 5-10 pounds smoked, but you can order as much as you would like) or a BOSTON BUTT $40 (smoked weight 4-5 pounds). Pulled pork is $13/pound. Give Scottie a call or text at 972-310-1003. Pickup will be the afternoon of 12-24-2025 at 1225 Dusty Road Lamar, SC. All of our smoked meats come with sauce on the side, and if you would like a extra, pints are $7 or 1/2 gallon $15. We appreciate each of you and thank you again for letting us be apart of your holiday❤️.
