Online Registration is Now Closed; You can still Register at the Event on Saturday - February 22!

Please Remember.. The Memories on Main Car & Bike Show is a CLOSED Event ~ Roll-Out Begins AFTER Awards (3PM)

General Parking is from 7AM – 8:30AM – The Event starts at 9AM so you must be in line to be parked by 8:30AM. Barricades go up at 9AM.

Roll-In ENTRY point is off Hwy 79 & Main Street ONLY (See Map)- Just South of the River Bottom Grille is a bridge. Just south of the bridge is “Main Street” (some maps call it Ranchview Rd but the street sign itself is “MAIN”). Turn West on that road and it will guide you to the check-in point.

TRAILERS - Trailers are NOT allowed on Main to Unload. (See Map for Unloading and Parking at Heritage Park)

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES or Enter from ANY Other Road Parking Staff and Volunteers are focused on keeping the lines rolling & those vehicles that are IN LINE to park. Anyone trying to access the event from another direction will be assisted by our Staff and/or Florence Police.

Be Sure to Roll-In with whomever you’d like to be parked with/around Let the parking crew know how many are in your group so we can try to get you all parked together. We do not allow reserved spaces, so be sure you all Roll-In together!

Proceed to the Registration Booth at Main/8th St. to Register for the Show – window Entry’s must be in front windshield by 9:00 AM; at 9AM our volunteers will be checking each Vehicle/Motorcycle parked within the barricades to ensure they have been to the Registration Booth to register.

Time to put the final details together for a great day!!!

The only way to officially pay for anything with our event is through one of our forms via mail or registering online through the QR code website.

Today is building RAFFLE PRIZES for the car show. Clocks and coat holders for the Man Cave and Garage….

Anyone that’s been to the show knows our raffle table is top notch.

These are custom built and will have 8th Annual Memories on Main Car & Bike Show Memorabilia on it!

If you haven’t pre registered please get ahold of Steph this week and do so. 4 weeks away!!

You can contribute to our plaque sponsors, giveaways and raffles or be a vendor… just ask how!

As we start wrapping up details for the upcoming Car & Bike Show, we’d love to share ways you can get involved with one of the largest car & bike shows in Arizona… right here in our Town of Florence!

1) Vendors - display your “merchandise” and/or business (start at $50)

2) Plaque Sponsor - Thank the 350-400 car owners for bringing out their “ride” by sponsoring an award plaque with your business or family name for $30!

3) Food Truck - we still have space for 1-3 food trucks to serve the 4000-5000 people who will fill up downtown Main!

All vendors and sponsors are promoted prior to the event and the day of the event!

Please message us for more information. Deadline is Jan 30th to get involved!!

Just remember, we volunteer our personal and business time coordinating everything for this event to bring awareness and community to the town of Florence… but we can’t do it without your help!

It’s our town so let’s show everybody how we do it in Florence!
