Classes are led by Emily Fox or Kathy Champagne on Saturdays 10 - 11:30 a.m. Join us for a weekly dose of fun, movement, and laughter! Increase your energy and joy! Come in comfortable clothes and be ready to sweat, move, and smile! Suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility, and dance/yoga experience. In this class we:
