The Chadwick Center, LLC, is looking for someone who genuinely wants a part-time job with limited hours during the off-season and more opportunities during busier times! This could be an ideal opportunity for a high school student from the Wilson or Central community or a college student looking for flexible work experience.

At a glance:

⏰ Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week during the off-season and 20–30 hours per week during busy seasons. This is a part-time W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor role).

📅 Availability: Weekend availability is essential since most events take place on weekends, along with some weekday hours.

📋 Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and restocking the venue

Monitoring inventory and supplies

Setting up and preparing for events

Assisting with calendars, contracts, and client communication

Helping with day-to-day operations and representing the venue during events

✅ Ideal candidate: Dependable, organized, professional, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

This is truly a part-time position, with hours that fluctuate depending on the season and event schedule.

Tonight is a bittersweet night at the Chadwick Center, LLC.❤️

Tonight, we celebrated some beautiful lovebirds, and we also celebrated Hannah Catherine’s final night officially serving our couples at the venue.

For the past two years, Hannah Catherine has been behind the scenes: helping our couples, preparing for events, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every guest had the nitty gritty worked out before their special event.

With Lincoln’s ongoing medical needs, our family has made the difficult decision for Hannah Catherine to step away from the venue and truly be his stay-at-home nurse/mom. While it’s bittersweet, we know she has an even more important job to do. 💙

Please join us in wishing Hannah Catherine the very best as she focuses on caring for Lincoln and our family!

But don’t fret, Chadwick Center. LLC isn’t going anywhere! Dustin, Jose, Brittney, and hopefully a few more team members in the future will be here to ensure every event continues to run smoothly.

And as always, every booking at the Chadwick Center, LLC supports the mission of the Chadwick Foundation. We are proud to celebrate your special moments while helping us care, connect, and champion individuals with exceptional needs.
