My daughter had this crazy idea to add Powder sugar to our churro instead of cinnamon and sugar and Wow are they good. What do you think would you try them?

This year I’ve struggled with something I didn’t expect.
I love what we’re building. I love working I love watching our business grow, and some days I feel like I should be doing more, more, more to make it happen.
But then I remind myself this was my middle baby’s last summer before becoming an adult. 🥹
And as much as I want this business to grow, the most important thing I’ve ever wanted is to be present for my little familia Not just for the big moments, but for the everyday ones.
And this summer, we did just that.
Patio breakfasts and dinners. Swimming. Sleeping in. Staying up way too late especially Itzel Sitting around talking and laughing. Days we had absolutely nothing planned those ended up being some of my favorites. There will be time to work harder. There will be time to grow this business. And trust me, I’m itching to see just how far we can take it.
But my kids will never be this age again.
So if growing a little slower means I got one more summer of being completely present with mi familia I’ll choose that every single time.

Truth is I have never done it alone. In all I do they are always their whether it's to help set up or tear down, to get their sweet fix or to bring a generator 😁 Mi familia has
been there every step of the way and I could never do this without them.
