What a beautiful, cozy wedding! It was at All Saints Chapel in Howell where the aisle was brightly lit with candles! It was a little different than my usual- during the ceremony we called the brides and grooms 2 brothers to the alter as their witnesses and signed the marriage license which was wonderful that the guests all got to be witness as well! I didn't get any pictures of the bride and groom after because once they kissed and I pronounced them husband and wife, they walked down the aisle, out the door, hopped in their car and drove off to spend the 30 minute drive to the reception, alone. BUT, I did however get to do something new (for me) and really cool- the bride let me video the procession from my point of view at the alter!!

Hannah and Robert eloped! Hannah contacted me 3 weeks ago to officiate their Frankenmuth wedding. Yesterday we did an intimate, short, sweet ceremony in the back yard of the Air bnb they had rented with 10 people including myself and the photographer. It was beautiful, and perfect for them. I had the honor of marrying Cameron and Alexis on Friday at Courthouse Square Association, Inc. In Charlotte. They were such an easy couple to work with and their venue was so cool! It was a Courthouse built in 1885 that now operates as a museum. I walked the entire 3 floor building looking into each and every room which were all packed full of history and I felt like I went back in time. Alexis' dress was beautifully unique with floral applique and the groom and their son Ciaran looked sharp in black. Congrats Mr & Mrs Wessels, thanks for choosing me to officiate! 💝 #47

I had the privledge of legalizing the marriage of Anthony and Ashley today before they head off to their destination wedding in CANCUN in a couple of weeks. It was a simple and quick sign and go but it was so special and meaningful- they met at a restaurant with their immediate family present to witness and celebrate. The best Christmas gift they could have given each other-Nevaeh and Todd got married today!! They pledged their vows in front of a beautifully burning fireplace at The Frankenmuth Wedding Chapel with their immediate families and closest friends in with a beautiful white snowfall outside. I officiated wedding #42 yesterday for Samantha and Aaron. It was a cold day but that didn't stop them from their plan to have an outside fall wedding! They were such a fun couple to work with and so cute together. I asked them if their cheeks hurt constantly because they are always making each other laugh and smile. And I had the honor of seeing the beautiful Noell Linsey Daoust and assist her with photos. Congrats to Mr & Mrs Coppler!! 🩷 Cheers to the beginning of forever!!
