🚧 IMPORTANT TRAFFIC & PARKING NOTICE 🚧
The Venue for All Occasions

As of July 24, 2026, the City of Flint is currently conducting street maintenance and construction in the area surrounding The Venue for All Occasions.

At this time, we have been provided with limited information regarding the duration of the construction. We are hopeful that the work will be completed by Monday. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your scheduled event.

📍 TEMPORARY ENTRY & PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

We ask all clients, guests, and patrons to please:

➡️ Enter from Saginaw Street near Harrison Street.
➡️ Continue toward the store parking lot and use that entrance to access The Venue’s parking lot.
➡️ Guests needing additional/overflow parking should detour back toward 13th Street & Harrison Street for access.

⚠️ Please allow yourself a little additional travel time and use caution around all construction areas.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation while the City of Flint completes this necessary street maintenance.
