*Update November 2024* The commercial kitchen we've been waiting on hasn't worked out and have decided not to pursue operating with a cottage food license due to the significant limitations that go along with the license. We expect to be able to secure a commercial kitchen space by that time and serve our gluten-free pupusas! We began operating in November of 2023 as a bakery with a Cottage Food L

icense. After trying to navigate unclear and changing rules about operating under our license, we ultimately had to shut down. We are exploring other avenues so we may re-open.
