Today, we are spotlighting another one of our awesome staff members - Penny Brittain!

For the past three years, Penny has been an essential part of the wedding magic at Hidden Pastures Farm. If you’ve ever attended an event here, chances are you’ve seen her in action—often with a broom in hand, making sure every detail is just right.
Penny is the definition of a hard worker. From the moment she arrives to the very last task of the night, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether she’s tidying up the smallest details, stepping in to drive the shuttle vans, or making sure guests and vendors are taken care of, she does it all with quiet dedication.
She’s also our go-to problem solver. Cake mishap? No problem. With nothing more than a butter knife and a few extra flowers, Penny can turn a potential disaster into something beautiful.
While many head home at the end of the celebration, Penny is just getting started on her final role—working the late shift and helping close down the barn, ensuring everything is wrapped up perfectly.
We’re incredibly grateful for Penny’s commitment, versatility, and can-do spirit. Hidden Pastures Farm simply wouldn’t be the same without her.
