Last week’s gondola dinner at Snowbowl was nothing short of magical! 🌄 Guests were treated to a multi-course Cajun-inspired feast, paired with craft brews from , all while enjoying sweeping views from the Snowbowl gondolas.

We were so thrilled to partner with and to make this one-of-a-kind experience come to life! And a huge thank you to our staff, who worked through some challenging weather conditions to make sure every plate was perfect.

And how early should you book for an event? We get these questions all the time...the short answer is ASAP!

For weddings and larger events, we recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months (especially for holidays or other popular seasons) in advance to lock in your preferred date and start dreaming up your perfect menu.

But don't sweat if your timeline is shorter! We’ve still got you. We’ve pulled off amazing events on tight turnarounds before. That said, your event deserves care and creativity: the earlier we chat, the more we can craft something truly unforgettable for your next event!
