The North Pole Experience is the home of Santa's Grand Workshop and One-of-a-Kind Theatrical and Interactive Christmas Adventure in Arizona. Families depart for their Experience from the Little America Hotel in one of Santa’s Special Trolleys, through a Magic Portal directly to the North Pole and Santa’s Grand Workshop! Arriving families will knock on Santa’s 400-year-old Workshop doors and will b
e greeted by Toy Soldiers who will invite you inside Santa’s Toy Hall of Fame while entertaining and showing you his top toy inventions. Then your family will enter Santa’s Original Workshop where Santa’s Master Elf will share the history of the Workshop. Now it’s time to roll up your sleeves in the Toy Assembly Room where you will be entertained and work side-by-side with Santa and his Elves building toys at the Fabled 400-year-old toy assembly stations. Next you're off to Santa's Main Factory Floor where Sheila Sugarloaf and her factory assistant await you! Take in the soaring conveyors and presents from floor to ceiling while helping to Save Christmas. Then you're off to visit Mrs. Claus and her dancing and singing elves while enjoying her famous fresh-made Yetti-O's and Hot Cocoa. Families will attend Elf University(EU) and learn Toyology and Santa's Golden Rules from a most interesting Professor and his assistant! Just when you thought all the Elf Experiences and fun couldn't go on, it's off to Santa's mailroom to be entertained by Santa's Postmasters and to write letters to Santa. Next your family steps into Santa's top-secret "Area 47" Sleigh Hangar, featuring his famous Mission Control where you will learn all about Portal Flights from the Mission Control Elves, and see Santa’s Famous Sleigh, jam-packed with some of the most advanced technology in the world, runway lights, radar systems, and more. The Magical Workshop Finale ends with families meeting Santa and his Elf Assistants for Special One-on-One Family Time with Santa for photos and sharing of Christmas wishes.
