The One Where the Smilax Doesn't Come In

Boyyyyy did I have the scare and ultimate bubble gut of my career this morning when I found out at 7:30 am my smilax was stuck in Dallas. Cheers, American Airlines...you p**p butts

When you accidentally twin with The Botanist Gin's sign...

My Art in Bloom piece is an interpretation of the signature cocktail for Art in Bloom at Newfields which features The Botanist Gin, really fitting right?

I bought myself a bottle to do my homework with my parents and husband and had them blurt out tasting notes and first thoughts. We came up with a list of ingredients I felt best interpret the gin, and well, according to the sign I think we did a good job.
