The Finlayson-Giese Lions would like to thank everyone who came out for the 4th of July & enjoyed a pork chop or had a Bloody Mary.

Next week is the 4th of July Celebration in Finlayson. GRUVE Functional Fitness is working on a fun parade routine tonight and tomorrow night. Hope to see you at the parade and give a cheer to the hard working people. No class on Thursday July 3rd with a street dance starting at 6pm. Hope to see you all there!

FREE Body Sculpting classes Monday July 7th and Thursday July 10th at Finlayson Fitness gym starting at 5pm. We will work on balance, strength and stretch. Hand weights provided or bring your own. Questions? Call me at 763-438-9365

GRUVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS IS getting ready for the Finlayson fabulous 4th of July Parade. We are learning a new parade routine and if you would like to be a part of our team, come to class Monday, Wed, or Thursdays at 5pm and I will teach you too! We are having a blast at this class and we have a beautiful facility to work out in. Heat, rain, air quality outside might not be good but we can get you motivated to move your body inside.
