Now that the Finlayson Fitness gym is closed I will be offering a 30 minute muscle workout before GRUVE Dance Fitness Thursdays at 4:30pm. We will use hand weights, resistance tubes and floor work as well. $10 for a walk in or $30 a month. If you would like to be a part of our GRUVE dance fitness class this would be free. We welcome anyone that wants to make a commitment to their health and well being.
