THIS CLASS PROMOTES STRENGTH WITH HAND WEIGHTS, AND MULTI-DIRECTIONAL MOVES THAT TRIGGER BONE GROWTH AND HELPS WITH BONE LOSS. STRETCHING HELPS WITH BALANCE AND MOBILITY. WE DO IT ALL AT THIS CLASS. Today is the first day of SPRING! GRUVE DANCE FITNESS IS NOW OFFERING A POWER SCULPT CLASS Wednesdays starting in April. What is POWER SCULPT? I will show you cardio and muscle work with hand held weights working out to music. We are all busy but not too busy when it comes to our health. Keep yourself out of the doctors office! As winter is losing its frigid grasp in Minnesota, the Friends of Historic Finlayson is looking forward to continuing our restoration activities of the Northern Pacific Combination Depot. We want to take this opportunity to thank our volunteers over the winter months who worked in warm shops, garages, home offices, and even outdoors. We were able to start doing some building foundational work, added an electrical service pole, fabricated new double hung windows, primed and painted window frames and lattices, and submit grant applications. Our gratitude to these volunteers are helping the NP Depot to begin showing revitalization and life for the community and rail enthusiasts. Thanks again .
