This Friday evening we have .proffitt joining us for a live performance at the Winery. Come join us from 5-9pm for our Summer extended hours. We'll have live music, wine slushies, and a view of the sun setting over the Blue Ridge Mountains. 🌄

Virginia Beach local, Michael Proffitt, will be performing classic and original acoustic rock. We're looking forward to hearing this talented musician at the Winery!

"Ty Burkhardt is a fingerstyle guitarist from Richmond who started playing venues at only 16 years old. Since then, he has played at over 50 venues, graduated from the UVA music program, and released his first acoustic single "One Small Step" with plans for an album in mid-2025. Common House discussed his playing style in 2025: “...Ty Burkhardt, a master of fingerstyle guitar whose technique transforms a single instrument into a full-band experience. With a repertoire spanning ‘80s classics to modern fingerstyle pieces by Andy McKee, Calum Graham, and Antoine Dufour, his percussive, multi-part playing creates a rich, immersive soundscape." Ty has also been featured at the Hops in the Park festival, the historic Miller's Downtown, The Garage, and on WTJU radio."

So many beautiful things are growing at the Vineyard this month; from butterflies, flowers, and bees, to the stunning vines, grapes, and trees. We enjoy watching the seasons pass as new flowers bloom and the vines change. Even in the Summer heat, we've had a cool mountain breeze blowing at Virginia Mountain Vineyards. Bring an afternoon picnic and spend the day with us this week Thursday through Sunday 12:00-5:00pm. We will have our delicious wine slushies to help keep you cool!
